What is HEACH and were does it stand for ?
HEACH is a close brotherhood which consists of a select group of specialists in the area of health, (rail)safety, quality, environment and other subjects.
This thinktank comes together on certain occasions to re-enforce their network, exchange experiences, share knowledge, talk about new developments (big and small), have serious discussions (or talk crap) and to test (alcoholic) drinks in large quantities (thanks to Carsten for this quote, which is also on his (dutch)
weblog).
Of this website only this page and Carsten's page are in English.
